By downloading, installing, or using Still200 ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Bytes Lab ("we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify you of material changes via the App.
Still200 is an uptime monitoring application that periodically sends HTTP requests to URLs you configure ("monitors") and records the results. The App provides:
Still200 is a monitoring tool, not a guaranteed uptime service. Check intervals, notification delivery, and data retention are subject to the limitations described in these Terms and may vary based on network conditions, device state, and third-party infrastructure.
You agree to use Still200 only to monitor URLs and endpoints that you own, operate, or have explicit permission to monitor. You must not use Still200 to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Still200 if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these usage rules.
We aim to provide reliable monitoring but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Still200 depends on third-party cloud infrastructure which may experience outages or degraded performance outside our control.
Specifically, you acknowledge that:
Important: Still200 is a supplementary monitoring tool. Do not rely on it as your sole means of detecting critical outages in life-safety or business-critical systems.
The Still200 app, including its design, code, illustrations, and all associated content, is owned by Bytes Lab and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the App.
You retain full ownership of the URLs and data you configure within the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited licence to process that data solely for the purpose of providing the monitoring service.
Still200 may offer optional paid features or subscriptions through the Apple App Store. All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's payment terms and refund policies. We do not process payments directly.
Subscriptions will auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID settings on your device.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Existing subscribers will be notified of price changes before they take effect.
Still200 is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bytes Lab disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, that checks will run on time, or that notifications will always be delivered.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bytes Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Still200, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or service outages that occur while using the App.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may stop using Still200 at any time. You can request deletion of your data by contacting us — we will action it within 30 days as described in our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Still200 at any time for violation of these Terms, or if we decide to discontinue the service, with reasonable notice where practical.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Still200 shall be resolved in the courts of Nairobi, Kenya, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
