Still200 Pro is a subscription billed monthly or annually. Web subscriptions are processed by Paddle.com, our merchant of record — Paddle handles payment collection, tax, and invoicing on our behalf, and their checkout and billing terms apply alongside this policy.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account's billing settings; cancelling stops future renewals but does not automatically issue a refund for the current period.
If Still200 isn't working for you, contact us within 14 days of your first Pro payment and we'll issue a full refund, no questions asked.
Fastest path: email us at hello@byteslab.io with the email address on your account. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Paddle, typically within 5–10 business days.
Cancelling Pro keeps your access until the end of the billing period you've already paid for, then moves your account to Free. If you have more monitors than the Free plan allows, the extras are automatically paused rather than deleted — resubscribing reactivates them instantly.
